Not only did it improve my overall levels of fitness and conditioning it also gave me the confidence to pursue my goals in areas of fitness that I hadn’t thought I would ever return to. Lucy constantly challenged me but her very holistic approach to exercise made the sessions fun and enjoyable. I started out with a body of a  61 year old but by the time I had finished my sessions I had a metabolic age of 46. Now there’s a recommendation!!

4.7/5★   I and some colleagues were training up for Tough Mudder from a reasonably unhealthy state. We worked with Lucy for several weeks in a group on general fitness, strength and agility exercises in a number of different settings close to our office and ultimately completed the event in a much better shape than when we started! The training was tough and pushed us to the limit but it was worth it.
