Booking Info

We will always try to be flexible when scheduling your training sessions. All bookings are subject to availability – it may not always be possible to book a session at your first choice date and time. We strongly advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can contact us by email, telephone or in person to book your training sessions. Should you require reminder alerts, these can be arranged by request.

 

Cancellations:

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if an appointment must be cancelled. If you are unable to inform us in time, the appointment will be charged at our full hourly rate.

We  invest many hours planning and composing your personal, prescriptive training programs prior to delivery of your face-to-face workout. Therefore, we ask all customers to make themselves familiar with our cancellation policy.

When you draw up an agreement with your trainer, our cancellation policy will be re-issued to you.
