Having originally met Lucy in London, 14 years ago, I’ve followed her over the years on Instagram and was inspired by her positivity, especially when she explained she was going to do her very best for the self-isolating students who were allowed an hour of exercise a day. I took the plunge and got in touch, never having had a personal trainer before! Fast forward to March 2021 and I am delighted with pounds and inches lost and considerable knowledge gained. Having completed a 3 month programme I expressed some trepidation about going it alone…Lucy’s advice was to “feel how you feel” and she’s right, there really is no better feeling than feeling slim, toned and energised.

She took the time to assess me and built a programme around my needs. Over the next 12 months, Lucy proved a gate way to an entirely different lifestyle. It has proved physically and mentally challenging, but ultimately enjoyable and well worth it. I am now well on the way to a much more active lifestyle where sport plays an important part in my life. Lucy was careful to push me in the right ways, and guided me carefully through the challenges around nutrition and overtraining. It has been by far the best decision I have made regarding sport, and I hate to think of all the money I have wasted on gym fees that I never used. With Lucy you soon realise that you don’t need a sports centre at all….. preferably just a nice open space or even a hotel room for when you are travelling.

We worked with Lucy for several weeks in a group on general fitness, strength and agility exercises in a number of different settings close to our office and ultimately completed the event in a much better shape than when we started! The training was tough and pushed us to the limit but it was worth it.
