Our programming covers all aspects of health & fitness. We can visit you in your own home, work space or meet at a park convenient for you.


1 hour session from £40 per session

6 sessions from £230

10 sessions from £360

We offer a free 30 minute consultation when you enquire about Personal Training. This gives you the opportunity to meet us, discuss your goals and objectives and to learn more about our coaching and programming.

All private clients receive a personal training pack. This covers all aspects of your individual fitness program, including postural & flexibility assessments, home workouts and more.

We really do listen to your needs. You invest in us because you want to accomplish your goals. Let us help you create the right approach for you. One that is specific to your goals and your lifestyle.

Private Groups

Want to find a more affordable way to train?  We offer private group Personal Training for 2-4 people. A good solution if you and some friends have similar fitness goals and want to train together

Private groups are:

  • For up to 4 people
  • Less intimate than 1:1 coaching
  • Arranged at a time & location to suit you
  • Prescriptive coaching made more affordable
  • Great for a group of friends with similar objectives or a specific goal

A group of 4 pay just £15 per person per session – great value for a prescriptive coaching plan!
